01.General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of the m71bd website located at https://m71bd.club and all associated products and services operated under the m71bd brand, including but not limited to the sports betting sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and racing products (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

m71bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Where a material change is made, m71bd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address held on their account.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the m71bd operating entity.

02.Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on m71bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. m71bd strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be a natural person and not registering on behalf of a company, trust, or other legal entity unless explicitly permitted in writing by m71bd.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with m71bd or any other gambling platform that would prohibit your participation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account details updated at all times.
• You must be the sole owner and authorised user of all payment methods used to deposit funds into or withdraw funds from your m71bd account.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on m71bd. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. m71bd employs automated and manual checks to detect multi-account activity.

During or after registration, m71bd may request that you provide one or more of the following documents for identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) purposes: a government-issued national ID card, a valid passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, or a photograph of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. m71bd will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. 03.Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on m71bd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). m71bd supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may vary from time to time based on technical or operational factors.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on m71bd is ৳200. m71bd does not charge any fees on deposits made via supported local Bangladeshi payment methods. Deposits are credited to your m71bd account balance upon confirmed receipt from the sending payment provider. Processing times vary by method; bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within three minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and four business hours.

m71bd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, use of a payment method not belonging to the account holder, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. Deposits made using payment accounts that do not match the registered name on the m71bd account may be reversed without notice.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have previously been used to make a deposit into the same m71bd account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification; accounts that have not completed the KYC process may have withdrawals withheld until verification is satisfactory.

m71bd targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours, during weekends, or during Bangladeshi public holidays will be processed within 24 hours. m71bd is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving payment provider after funds have been dispatched from the m71bd platform.

Any wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be made. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement will result in the withdrawal request being declined until the requirement is met.

Responsible Financial Conduct

m71bd encourages all players to set personal deposit limits to manage their spending. Deposit limits can be configured in the account settings at any time. Once a lower limit is set, it takes effect immediately. An increase to a previously set limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before coming into effect.

04.Bonuses & Promotions

m71bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer at the time of its promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. m71bd reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses may not be combined with any other concurrent promotional offer.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be transferred to the main withdrawable balance upon satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.
• The standard wagering requirement for bonus funds on m71bd is 30x the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only bets placed using real-money (non-bonus) funds count toward wagering requirements unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• m71bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus credited to an account at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus funds expire if the associated wagering requirements are not met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a different validity period is specified in the promotion terms.

05.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on m71bd are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type, as published in the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific or game-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the more specific rule shall prevail.

Sportsbook

All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. m71bd reserves the right to void any bet where odds were published in error due to a manifest technical fault or human error, provided that the erroneous nature of the odds was or should have been reasonably apparent to the player at the time of placement. Decisions on void bets are made at the sole discretion of m71bd's trading team and are final.

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. m71bd is not responsible for any delay in bet acceptance caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Live odds are subject to change in real time; the odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet ticket is issued, not those displayed in the browser at the time the bet slip is compiled.

Cricket betting on m71bd covers BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Asia Cup, and bilateral series. Standard cricket betting rules apply: matches abandoned due to weather before a result is reached are voided unless a Duckworth-Lewis result has been officially declared. Individual player prop bets are settled on official match statistics published by the relevant governing body.

Casino & Slots

All casino and slot games on m71bd operate under the rules and mechanics defined by the respective game provider, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. m71bd does not modify game mechanics or interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction mid-game that cannot be resolved, the affected game round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on m71bd and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion in connection with bets placed on m71bd.
• Using insider information not publicly available at the time of bet placement.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using m71bd for any other illegal financial purpose.

06.Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your m71bd account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.

07.Account Suspension & Closure

m71bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of multi-account activity or bonus abuse.
• A request from a competent legal authority, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Non-compliance with responsible gaming policies, including where m71bd has reason to believe a player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, m71bd will notify the account holder by email where reasonably practicable. The account holder's funds will be held securely during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored without delay.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, m71bd reserves the right to void all pending bets, withhold bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds, and return only the verified real-money balance (minus any amounts subject to chargeback or reversal) to the account holder's registered payment method.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting m71bd support via email. Upon receipt of a closure request, m71bd will process the request within 24 hours and return any verified real-money balance to the registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

08.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m71bd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any interruption to gaming or betting services.

m71bd's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is the lesser.

m71bd makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While m71bd maintains industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, we cannot guarantee that the Platform or its communications channels will be entirely secure at all times.

m71bd is not responsible for any third-party content, games, or services accessed via links or integrations on the Platform, including game content served by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other game providers.
